Week Fourteen Question

Question:  What do you think about road courses at the Sprint Cup level?

Answer:  I enjoy road course races.  I think it's good to showcase how good Sprint Cup drivers are on road courses.  We hear a lot about ringers but they've yet to come in and win and beat one of our regulars.

For me I remember getting ready for sears point in 1999.  I played video games so I would kind of know the track layout.  I've had lessons from Boris, been to road racing schools and I just enjoy them.  I have a few strategies and they usually pay off.

I'd like to see NASCAR add a road course to the chase. Road races, short tracks, super speedways, etc should make up the championship. Diversity is a plus I think in the chase.

I raced in Mexico the first year. I think it’s good for our sport to race where we have fans and where fans welcome us. I hope we look at taking Cup to Montreal soon. I don't think Mexico was a good market for cup but I think Canada is a great one.
