Feb 24, 2009:  I just finished up a round of golf at The Wynn Golf course out here in Las Vegas, NV. The course was extremely nice but my favorite in Vegas is still Shadow Creek. DJ played it earlier this week and saw Tiger Woods playing. That’s cool!

We drove over here Sunday night after the race in Fontana.  It’s about a 3 hour drive.  We struggled with our handling on Sunday. Kevin and my team worked their tails off.  They’ll get it better and hopefully we’ll see some gain here in Vegas.  Kevin hasn’t worked with our cars, other than a test at The Rock.  He feels like he learned a lot and we’re going to overhaul the Vegas car with some changes that will hopefully help.

The fans will start pouring into town tomorrow.  Here’s a few of my favorite spots to hang out here in Vegas.

Fix / Stack: Fix is in the Bellagio and Stack is in The Mirage.  Go with the hot rocks at Stack and the Fried Mac and cheese at Fix.  The bone-in filet is my favorite steak on the menu.

Love: Probably my favorite show in Vegas.  It’s at The Mirage.  I have been a few times and I’m going back Thursday.

Pure: I am not gonna make it to Pure this trip but it is probably the hottest night club in America!  Get there early because the lines can be ridiculous!  That’s where you’ll find the A list celebs.

Game: I have learned how to play craps and I love it.  I rolled the other day for 45 minutes straight.  It was a blast.  I’m still big on black jack, too.

First Time: I’m going to see Terry Fator on Friday night.  I heard he’s awesome in person.

I’ll be at Sam’s Town Casino Thursday night if any of you guys make it into town on behalf of Coca-Cola.  That’s about it from here in Lost Wages, NV. Hope to see you soon.
