October 26th, 2009:

Hey guys. I hope you are all doing well. I have a lot to report on...

We had a great fan club gathering in Charlotte. I want to thank all of you that came out. My team lost again bowling. I think Hermie is either cheating or he's recruiting his players ahead of time. Hopefully everyone had as much fun as Hermie and I did.

We are running a Ford this weekend at Talladega. I'm very excited. This will give us a jumpstart on getting ready for the 2010 Daytona 500. I've always been feast or famine at Talladega and this weekend I'm hungry and looking for a feast! I'm looking forward to having Yates horsepower back under the hood as well. It's a big weekend for Stanley and we're gonna do everything we can to win this race.

Amanda and I are off to the Dr. tomorrow. We're hoping to find out the sex of our baby we're expecting. It's due in March. Most of us in the family think it's gonna be a girl. My Mom and Dad have four grandchildren and yep, they are all girls. I'm very excited.

There's four races left in the chase and I definitely think we've been more consistent on the No. 19. We still need to get better and we're gonna keep working hard.
